• 크리야 요가

크리야(Kriyā)의 어원 Kri는 ‘행하는 행위하고 반응하는’이라는 의미를 지니며,
크리야 요가(Kriyā Yoga)의 뜻은 ‘일정한 행동 내지 의식(儀式)’을 통한 신과의 합일(Yoga)‘이다.
이 크리야 기법들을 성실히 수행하면 점진적으로 카르마(Karma; 業)의 원인과 결과의
평형법칙이라는 연쇄관계로부터 벗어나서 자유를 얻을 수 있다.
